7-Day Refund Window
We offer refunds within 7 days of your purchase, minus a fixed processing fee.
Eligibility Period
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refund processing.
Processing Fee
All eligible refunds are subject to a fixed processing fee equal to 50% of the refund amount. This fee covers transaction costs and administrative processing.
ValorAlgo Classic & Omni Exceptions
ValorAlgo Classic and ValorAlgo Omni products are not eligible for refunds due to their specialized nature and immediate access to premium trading algorithms. All sales are final for these products.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the processing fee deduction.
Important Conditions
Refunds apply only to the initial purchase. Subscription renewals, add-on services, and custom trading strategies are not eligible for refunds. Digital access will be revoked upon refund processing.
